About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing strategy and campaigns across our International markets (UK/CA). This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering relationships with key business partners in these regions. You will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of B2B marketing initiatives in alignment with company objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and the wider marketing team.

This role is hybrid from our London Office in Borough Market (our International HQ). This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, International Brand & Marketing.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute region-specific B2B marketing strategies for the UK and Canada, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and market needs.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, webinars, content, etc.) to generate leads, drive customer engagement, and enhance brand positioning in each region.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within each country, tailoring marketing efforts to meet the unique demands of each market.
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are synchronized with sales goals, providing necessary tools and collateral to support lead generation and sales activities.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of targeted B2B content, including sales collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership materials, tailored to the specific needs of businesses in the UK and Canada.
  • Partnerships and Events: Identify and manage regional partnerships, sponsorships, and events that align with marketing goals and expand the company’s presence in each market.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget for the assigned regions, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and a strong ROI on campaigns and initiatives.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with proven success in managing campaigns across international markets
  • A passion for TV, film and advertising
  • Strong understanding of marketing trends and tools, particularly in the UK
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (e.g, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail)
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and driving lead generation
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and event management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and a high level of self-sufficiency
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work, able to embrace change and uncertainty, have a strong sense of ownership of responsibilities and initiative toward consistently improving workflows
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events and team meetings

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of the advertising industry and streaming landscape
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Experience with Event management tools (e.g. Splash)
  • Experience with Design tools (e.g. Figma)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and lead nurturing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
