About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to build the foundation of Tubi’s exciting new creator-focused initiative: Tubi for Creators. You’ll be at the forefront of developing tools that empower digital creators to bring their content to Tubi’s massive audience. This role sits at the heart of Tubi’s investment in creator-led content, designed to make long-form storytelling more accessible and scalable for a new generation of digital talent.
Your mission: Build intuitive, scalable tools that enable creators to onboard their content, manage their shows, and deliver to millions of fans. You'll partner across product, design, engineering, partnerships, and operations to unlock opportunities for creators to thrive on Tubi and help scale the "Creatorverse" into a cornerstone of our streaming ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the roadmap for Tubi’s Creator Platform—build products that help creators seamlessly onboard, manage metadata, package episodic content, and publish to the Tubi platform.
- Partner with the Creator Programs team to support Tubi’s strategic content partners including Jubilee, Kinigra Deon, Rhett & Link’s Mythical, Watcher, and more.
- Design and implement end-to-end tools and services to streamline creator workflows—everything from metadata cleaning and enrichment to versioning, publishing, and performance reporting.
- Lead the development of self-service features for creator onboarding, scheduling, and delivery, ensuring usability and trust.
- Build tooling that automates content policy enforcement, payout processing, and rights management while protecting Tubi’s quality and legal standards.
- Support AI-powered capabilities that simplify editorial processes, optimize discoverability, and personalize content for the right audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, content operations, business development, legal, finance, and more to ensure your tools meet the needs of both creators and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor platform performance and user adoption, and iterate based on creator feedback and data insights.
Your Background:
- 5+ years of product management experience in digital media, creator platforms, or enterprise tools—with a strong portfolio of backend or platform products.
- Experience working with or building products for digital content creators, YouTubers, or media production teams a major plus.
- Deep understanding of metadata systems, content delivery workflows, and digital rights management.
- Track record of leading 0-to-1 product initiatives and scaling platform services.
- Comfort working with AI/ML teams on productizing intelligence-driven workflows.
- Strong technical literacy and ability to dive into data pipelines, APIs, and workflow engines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Media, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
