About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Client Services Manager to join our growing international team in the CTV advertising space. This role is a critical client-facing position responsible for managing both pre-sales and post-sales activities across international markets, with a strong focus on advertising agency and partner relations..
You’ll act as the bridge between sales delivery supporting business growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and independently planning and managing cross channel campaigns from pitch to execution. This role will report into the heads of Media Strategy and Account Management while partnering closely with international sales leadership and the US based pre and post sales teams.
This role will be hybrid in our New York City office, with an expectation of three days in the office per week
What You’ll Do:
Pre-Sales:
- Lead the development of territory rate cards and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with sales and sales leadership on pitch strategy, campaign planning, and client presentations.
- Work closely with B2B marketing to identify and develop market-focused ad formats, content packages, and collateral
- Develop tailored media proposals for international clients and agency partners.
- Provide strategic input on market-specific nuances, targeting, and KPIs.
Post-Sales:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the campaign
- Lead onboarding, campaign kick-offs, and ensure proper setup wit had ops
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure full delivery and that KPIs are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency stakeholders across global markets.
- Independently manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously with precision.
Your Background:
- 6–8 years of experience in client services, account management, or campaign management in the CTV or digital video advertising industry.
- Experience working with or for ad agencies.
- Deep understanding of the CTV ecosystem, programmatic buying, and cross-platform measurement.
- Project management - able to take strategic projects from initial concept stages through competition with extreme attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to self-manage campaigns from planning to post-launch wrap.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ad tech platforms, including but not limited to SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, and Ad Servers
- Experience working across the Canadian and other international markets (i.e. Mexico, UK, LATAM, etc)
- English and Spanish speaking
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

Base ($121,500 - 135,800 / year) + Bonus + Benefits
