Manager, Event Marketing

About the Role:
As Manager, Event Marketing, you will be a key member of Tubi’s B2B Marketing team, responsible for driving the development and execution of a best-in-class event strategy that supports our global revenue and brand goals. This role will lead sponsored and industry event programs and contribute to owned events and client engagement initiatives that elevate Tubi’s presence with advertisers.
In this role, you will lead all sponsored engagements, build strong relationships with industry organizations, evaluate new sponsorship opportunities and partnerships, and act as a project lead for multiple concurrent events and execute program plans to ensure overall success of events. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Tubi and Fox to understand company objectives, establish program KPIs, and align on brand messaging for each event. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, excellent project management, and a strategic mindset focused on impact and innovation.
This is a hybrid position that can be based in San Francisco, Los Angeles or New York and will report to the Director, based in San Francisco. Some travel will be required for this position.
What You'll Do:
Industry Engagement & Event Strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry organizations and partners
- Evaluate and recommend strategic B2B sponsorship opportunities aligned to business priorities, including tradeshows, conferences, and client activations
- Establish sponsored events strategy ensuring alignment to marketing and sales objectives, including verticalized sales goals, press amplification, brand awareness, and thought leadership, with defined success metrics, projected outcomes and stakeholder buy-in
Event Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project management for sponsored events, ensuring creative, high-impact execution aligned with Tubi’s brand and business goals
- Prepare and manage event documentation: project plans, timelines, budgets, stakeholder communications, run-of-show, and on-site logistics
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on thought leadership recommendations and develop prep materials for participating Tubi spokespeople
- Support with owned event and client engagement activities as needed, including but not limited to, project management, participation in creative development, managing external vendor relationships, own specific logistical elements, on-site coordination, preparing sales enablement materials, and more
Measurement & Optimization
- Conduct post-event analysis and reporting on KPIs including attendance, pipeline/revenue influence, and qualitative feedback
- Capture learnings and iterate on strategy to continually improve event impact and efficiency
Your Background:
- 5-7 years experience in B2B events marketing, ideally with a tech and/or entertainment company
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Impressive portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of high-quality events, with strong references
- Proven ability working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple collaborators and concurrent programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders and executives
- Deep project management experience with exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate issues and execute contingency plans
- Commitment to compliance with all finance, insurance, legal, health and safety obligations

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

$91,600 - $130,800 USD
