Position Overview- 

We are seeking a talented Sr Technical Recruiter Specialist for our Growth & Partnership’s Team (Remote Role). 

Turing’s TAQ  team brings exceptional high quality developers who are matched with top US based clients. As a member of this team, you will work with partners (vendors) to source developers and fulfill niche roles/jobs with Turing’s clients. Niche roles are typically difficult to fulfill positions as there would be components of it that makes it niche. For eg; hiring from a region that has low supply of developers like Europe or Latin America, or hiring for skills that have low supply like Ruby on Rails, TigerGraph or mobile/cloud developers. We take pride in working on difficult roles and work hard with our partners and stakeholder to increase the number of matches made with clients requirements (jobs fulfilled) for Turing 

Your major responsibilities will be:

  • Support the team on existing initiatives to improve and increase developer<>client matches
  • Brief partners (vendors) on job descriptions for niche roles and improve engagement by providing timely updates and feedback on developers’ status
  • Onboarding new and managing existing partners (vendors) who can provide high quality developers for niche roles
  • Evaluate profiles provided by the partners to filter high quality developers
  • Pro-actively collaborate with business stakeholders for managing the talent pipeline.
  • Create dashboards and run data analysis, maintain excel sheets and large sets of data
  • Support the team on existing and proactively contribute to new initiatives to continuously improve the recruitment process from:

JD->Understanding JD, collaborate with other teams->Partner briefing process->Developer Profiles Intake->Evaluate->Send high quality profiles to other teams->Follow up on interview schedules->Engage with partners->Enable developers through partners to follow process and get matched with customer

 

The experience you will bring:

Must-have

IT Recruitment Vendor Management

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical recruitment, IT recruiting
    • Experience in handling recruitment for technical areas like Engineering, Product, Data Science, Machine Learning, Business Analytics etc
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with vendors and key stakeholders
    • Strong communicator and collaborator 
  • Vendor management experience
    • Hands-on experience in managing multiple recruitment vendors to source high quality candidates
  • Recruiting life-cycle experience
    • Hands-on experience of handling complete recruitment life-cycle
  • Great Marketer
    • Creating good candidate experience
    • Great negotiation skills
  • Business stakeholder management
    • Collaboration with concerned business partners for managing talent pipeline effectively
  • High Ownership, Humility, Hard Work & Team player
    • Make informed sourcing decisions and execute fast, while being adaptable in light of new information, willingness to unlearn and relearn new practises driven by logic
  • Technical recruitment experience in Start-ups, High growth fast paced companies
  • Able to join in 2 weeks

 

Nice-to-have

  • Detailed understanding of tech stacks, skills, programming languages
  • Masters in Human Resource Management
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, communication tools
  • Fluent in Spanish
