About the role:
Turing is looking for people with LLM experience to join us in building next-gen products for our customers. You will be working with a team of other Turing engineers across different skill sets.
Required skills
- 7+ years of professional experience in building Machine Learning models & systems
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI (LLM) techniques particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
- Experience in driving the engineering team toward a technical roadmap.
- Experience in programming skills in Python, Langchain and SQL is a must.
- Understanding of Cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWS
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business SMEs
Roles & responsibilities
- Develop complex GenAI solutions / use cases
- Develop the design and architecture of the solution proposed by the DM / Tech Lead
- Apply right methodologies and models as applicable to the development of the GenAI models
- Use your technical expertise to suggest recommendations, or best practices for implementation
