About the role

As the Head of Solutioning for Application Engineering, you will be responsible for defining and developing the differentiated portfolio of offerings and solutions aligned to Turing’'s go-to-market strategy. You will work closely with the sales, delivery, R&D, marketing, and partner teams to identify, design, and launch new and innovative offerings and solutions that address the customer needs and challenges, and differentiate the company from its competitors. You will also oversee and manage the offerings and solutions team, ensuring that they provide high-quality technical and business support to the sales and delivery teams throughout the sales cycle and the delivery lifecycle. You will be a key member of the Application Engineering organization, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a both technical and business offerings and solutions strategy and plan, aligned with the company's vision, mission, and goals.
  • Lead and coach the offerings and solutions team in defining, developing, and delivering new and differentiated offerings and solutions, involving multiple technologies, domains, and geographies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at the executive level of existing and potential customers, partners, and industry associations.
  • Collaborate with the sales, delivery, R&D, marketing, and partner teams to understand the customer needs and challenges, and to position and promote the company's offerings and solutions in the market.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators and metrics for the offerings and solutions team, and provide regular reports and feedback to the senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyze market trends, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and best practices, and provide insights and recommendations to the senior management and the offerings and solutions team.
  • Manage and optimize the budget and resources for the offerings and solutions team, and ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 5 years of experience in defining and developing offerings and solutions, preferably in the domains of cloud, digital, data and Artificial Intelligence
  • Proven track record of launching and delivering successful and differentiated offerings and solutions in a global environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Experience in managing and leading an offerings and solutions team, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop talent
  • Knowledge and understanding of the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the IT services industry
