As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will oversee candidate pipelines, optimize hiring workflows, and enhance recruitment efficiency using AI-driven tools. This role thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, requiring adaptability to AI-enhanced workflows and proactive process improvement.

Core Responsibilities

  • Talent Processing & Engagement
    • Manage all phases of the interview process, including profile updates, scheduling, and tracking outcomes.
    • Restructure candidate profiles to emphasize key skills, areas of expertise, and relevant experience tailored to job opportunities.
    • Assess English communication and soft skills in alignment with opportunity requirements.
    • Coordinate all client-required vetting steps (e.g., take-home assignments, manual technical interviews, native language assessments).
    • Conduct video calls to guide candidates through roles, processes, and the Turing platform.
    • Engage with candidates via phone, email, chat, and social media to ensure readiness and alignment.
    • Ensure seamless communication and coordination among stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Sales, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment and contribute to fulfillment strategies.
    • Communicate professionally and assertively to influence hiring outcomes.
    • Negotiate rates, terms, and offers with candidates and clients.
    • Present Turing’s value proposition to build candidate commitment and client trust.
    • Collect and analyze feedback from interviews to refine candidate selection and monitor sentiment.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Provide leadership with real-time insights to support operational execution.
    • Own tasks from start to finish with accuracy, speed, and high standards.
    • Maintain urgency and adaptability amid dynamic and changing demands.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

  • Customer-facing background in IT, HR, recruiting, or related fields.
  • Experience working with business analytics tools, scripting, or automation systems (preferred).
  • Track record of improving hiring efficiency and enhancing candidate experience.
  • Proven ability to engage high-level stakeholders and contribute to strategic fulfillment decisions.

Skills

  • Proficient with recruitment tools, Google Suite, and scheduling platforms.
  • Skilled in candidate screening and recruitment coordination.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective in driving outcomes, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts remotely.
  • Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of quick execution in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proactive in adopting and enhancing AI tools, automation strategies, and workflow innovation.
