Salary Range: $150,000 - $165,000 base (+ bonus, equity, and benefits)
Core Hours: 9 AM - 1 PM PST / 12 - 4 PM EST

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Systems and Tools with exceptional CRM expertise, particularly in Salesforce, coupled with advanced analytical skills to lead our team in developing insightful dashboards using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Rill.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our CRM strategies, enhancing customer experiences, and driving data-informed decision-making processes.

This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Strategy and Operations.

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and implementation of CRM strategies leveraging Salesforce to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, transforming insights into actionable strategies.
  • Design and build interactive dashboards using Looker, Tableau, or Rill to visualize key performance indicators, track campaign effectiveness, and monitor customer behavior.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to identify opportunities for CRM optimization and process improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRM and analytics to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Successful implementation of CRM strategies resulting in measurable improvements in customer engagement, retention rates, and overall satisfaction scores.
  • Timely delivery of insightful dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders and drive informed decision-making.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, leading to the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship qualities, fostering a high-performing team culture and achieving team objectives

 

You'll be Successful in this role if you have

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in CRM management, with a strong focus on Salesforce administration and customization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Rill, with a proven track record of developing sophisticated dashboards and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop team members while driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

 

You may also have

  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant).
  • Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other querying languages for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Previous experience in industries such as technology, e-commerce, or telecommunications.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant professional certifications in CRM or analytics.
