Role Summary

As the PMM owning Sales Enablement, you will play a key role in enabling our commercial teams with the resources they need to drive engagement and close deals. You’ll report to the Head of Product Marketing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop enablement materials that simplify complex concepts for our customers and prospects.

 

As a strategic partner to sales and RevOps, you’ll be responsible for developing training materials for commercial teams that ensure they are fully equipped to communicate tvScientific’s value proposition effectively.

 

What You'll Do

  • Sales Enablement: Build and maintain a library of sales enablement materials, including presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, and FAQs.
  • Training & Onboarding: Deliver continuous training to commercial teams to ensure they have the knowledge and confidence to communicate tvScientific’s platform features and benefits, including creating outbound campaigns for their use.
  • Product Launches: Execute on product launch strategies, ensuring internal stakeholders are fully prepared with timely and accurate materials like emails and call scripts.
  • Customer Insights: Support the gathering and synthesis of customer feedback that shapes product messaging, feature prioritization, and overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to keep tvScientific content and messaging relevant and impactful.

  • Successful and timely product launches with clear, actionable go-to-market strategies.
  • Increased sales team confidence and knowledge of the product and market.
  • Consistent customer feedback that informs and refines content and messaging strategies.

 

You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have/Are

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or sales enablement, ideally within the adtech or CTV space.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex technical products into clear, concise, and compelling narratives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially in writing and visual storytelling.
  • Experience developing and launching sales enablement content and product marketing collateral.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.

 

You May Also Have

  • Experience in CTV, adtech, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and performance marketing.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment or working with early-stage tech companies.
