Opportunity
Twin Health seeks a highly creative and talented Marketing Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their proficiency in graphic design, a keen eye for detail, the ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing designs, and experience working on or closely with a Marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various projects, from print to digital, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
This role sits on the Twin Health Marketing team — you’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, Copywriter, and broader Marketing team. Success in this role requires self-motivation, attention to detail, and effective teamwork and communication. Beyond your creative eye and expertise, we’re looking for someone who has a track record of improving conversion rates and marketing campaign effectiveness through creative design optimization and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create visually stunning designs for various mediums, including email, print materials, landing pages, registration flows, social media graphics, presentations, and more.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
- Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design concepts.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality are maintained.
- Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to enhance the quality of designs.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. In-house, startup, and agency experience is a bonus.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Passion: A genuine passion for wellbeing and health is essential.
- Nice to have: experience with creative design for healthcare marketing and/or challenging to market products/services (B2B2C)

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $70,000-$85,000 annually.
