Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and savvy Manager of Reporting and Analytics to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Marketing, Sales, and Partner Success teams to tell Twin’s story and value proposition through data. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving core reporting that represent Twin’s differentiation in the marketplace and our demonstrated value to current partners. This is an important role that cuts across business units as you will be leveraging product analytics, clinical outcomes, and health economics datasets.
Responsibilities
- As our manager of reporting you will be the strategic lead for shaping and managing our marketing, sales, and partner reporting ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define Twin’s external facing data strategy
- Translate business concepts into well-structured data models that improve clarity, performance, and maintainability of reports and analytical solutions
- You’ll own and refine the end-to-end process of how reporting requests are captured, prioritized, and executed to ensure that all teams have access to timely and actionable insights
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and performance in dashboards, reports, and data models
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in analytics.
- 2-3 years of healthcare experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, Lightdash).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000 annually.
