Opportunity
We’re looking for a Proposal Writer to help us grow our impact through payer, employer, and health system partnerships. In this role, you’ll craft persuasive, high-quality proposals and RFP responses that clearly communicate the value of the company. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, product, sales, marketing, and strategy teams to position Twin as a market leader in metabolic health transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and related materials from kickoff to submission
- Translate complex healthcare and tech concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Partner with subject matter experts (clinical, data, operations) to gather accurate, impactful contentEnsure proposals meet all compliance, formatting, and submission requirements
- Tailor messaging to align with the goals of health plans, employers, and other key buyersMaintain and continuously improve a proposal content library for consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams on presentation-ready formatting and visualsStay informed on industry trends, payer expectations, and competitor positioning
- Complete additional research for deals as needed
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in proposal writing, RFP coordination, or healthcare writing
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, especially for technical or clinical audiences
- Experience working with or within healthcare tech, digital health, or value-based care organizations
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to deadlines and details
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Salesforce, and proposal platforms
- This remote opportunity is available to US based persons. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $100,000-$110,000 annually. This position is bonus eligible.
