Opportunity
Own the strategy and execution for Twin’s voice onboarding and enrollment agent and our hybrid conversational Digital Twin. Turn multi-modal data (CGMs, wearables, labs, meals) into everyday guidance members use—driving activation, habit formation, and measurable outcomes. You’ll set the roadmap, ship fast, run bold experiments, and scale what works across chat, voice, and proactive agents.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategy and roadmap: Define and socialize a multi-quarter plan for voice and conversational AI tied to activation, retention, and outcome targets.
- Build and ship agent flows: Deliver onboarding, enrollment, and daily-coaching experiences across voice, chat, and task agents.
- Specify with clarity: Write specific requirements; partner with Design, Engineering, and QA to move idea → experiment → launch.
- Create the blueprint: Establish conversation patterns, prompt and versioning practices, and lightweight evaluations focused on quality, speed, and cost.
- Lead the narrative: Tell the story—why this, why now, what moved—and translate insights into the next bets.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Product Management (or equivalent impact), including 3+ years shipping AI/ML-powered features (LLMs, agents, RAG, personalization).
- Shipped conversational or voice experiences with clear metric lifts.
- Strong product judgment and analytical chops: A/B testing, KPI definition; comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $170,000 - $190,000 annually.
