Partnership Sales: Health Plan, Mid-Market ASO

Remote, Chicago, IL

Twin Health

At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.

We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.

Working here

Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® .

With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.

Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.

The Opportunity

Twin Health is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to grow our presence in the mid-market employer segment. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with health plan Account Executives and benefits brokers to bring Twin Health's Whole Person Digital Twin technology to self-insured employers with 1,000–10,000 employees across the Midwest and beyond.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their health plan or digital health career who is eager to own a territory, build meaningful partnerships, and help employers tackle rising chronic disease and GLP-1 costs with a proven, innovative solution.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with health plan Account Executives and benefits brokers/consultants who serve mid-market employers, keeping Twin Health top-of-mind when clients are looking to address metabolic health challenges.
  • Co-Selling: Join health plan AEs and broker partners on prospect calls to present Twin Health's solution, answer clinical and ROI questions, and help move deals forward.
  • Territory Management: Manage a pipeline of mid-market employer opportunities (1,000–10,000 lives) across your region, with a focus on the Illinois market.
  • Education & Enablement: Conduct lunch & learns, webinars, and office visits to educate partner reps on Twin Health's technology and help them identify the right employer clients.
  • Collateral & Customization: Partner with marketing to tailor pitch decks, one-pagers, and ROI tools that make it easy for health plan and broker partners to position Twin Health.
  • Market Intelligence: Use claims trends and population health data to help partners identify employer clients with high metabolic health spend who would benefit most from Twin.

The Day-to-Day Reality

  • 50% Partner Relationship Building: Regular touch points — virtual and in-person — with health plan AEs and broker partners to stay engaged and surface new opportunities.
  • 25% Live Pitching: Presenting Twin Health to mid-market employer prospects alongside partner reps.
  • 25% Pipeline & Strategy: Tracking opportunities, reviewing market data, and coordinating with internal teams to move deals forward.
  • Travel: ~15–25% across the region for partner office visits and employer prospect meetings.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in health plan sales, digital health, employee benefits, or benefits consulting — you understand how self-insured (ASO) employers buy and how health plan AEs operate.
  • Collaborative sales style — you have experience co-selling or working alongside channel partners, brokers, or alliance teams to drive deals rather than going it alone.
  • Benefits & payer literacy — you have a working knowledge of how ASO groups are structured and are comfortable learning billing concepts like PMPM and fee-on-claim.
  • Clear communicator — you can translate clinical outcomes (think: diabetes reversal, reduced GLP-1 spend) into simple financial terms that resonate with HR leaders and benefits managers.
  • Self-starter mindset — you're comfortable managing your own territory, staying organized, and navigating large organizations without a lot of hand-holding.
  • Genuine curiosity about digital health — you don't need to be a clinician, but you're excited to learn and talk about how AI and continuous monitoring can change chronic disease outcomes.
  • Based in or near Chicago, IL preferred. Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $135,000+ annually, with bonus potential exceeding 50% of base salary at plan.

Twin has an ambitious vision to empower people to live healthier and happier lives. To achieve this, we need passionate people who are excited about technology, healthcare, and making a real difference. We are committed to delivering an outstanding culture built on the values of passion, talent, and trust — and to supporting every Twin employee with benefits that reflect that commitment.

  • Competitive compensation package in line with leading technology companies
  • Opportunity for equity participation
  • Remote-first, accomplished global team
  • Unlimited vacation with manager approval
  • 16 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for delivering parents; 8 weeks for non-delivering parents
  • 100% employer-sponsored healthcare, dental, and vision for you; 80% coverage for your family
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan

Twin Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
