Two Six Technologies is looking for a Senior Project Finance Analyst. You will be a strategic business partner and trusted advisor bringing outstanding technical finance & accounting skills, strong financial stewardship, and a relentless drive to realize our mission.

This position is hybrid mostly working from home and occasionally working from the our Arlington office.

What you will do:

  • Review contract terms and conditions (multiple contract types to include T&M, FFP, FFP LOE, CPFF, & CPIF) to ensure compliance with financial clauses and contractual requirements throughout project implementation
  • Oversee project set-up, billing and revenue schedules in Unanet
  • Prepare required cost and CDRL reporting (e.g. EVMS, 75% cost incurred status reports, MSRs, etc.)
  • Create and maintain forecasts and budgets (for FFP, CPFF, and T&M contracts) to meet contractual project requirements for customers, as well as for internal reporting requirements.
  • Monitor and prepare reports on cost, profitability, and schedule variances to assist business operations in keeping projects on schedule and on budget
  • Identify and track opportunities and risks in programs
  • Review/approve funding for purchase requisitions on direct contracts
  • Track subcontract cost & schedule status, material receipts, and open commitments
  • Identify and process advanced spending/at-risk approvals
  • Monitor AR/Unbilled (retainage, award fee, etc.)
  • Prepare reports of travel expense estimates in accordance with the FAR and Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) for invoicing pre-approval to government clients

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or additional relevant experience
  • 4+ years of finance program control/contracts experience or comparable financial and accounting experience at a government contracting company
  • Solid understanding of FAR and CAS
  • Solid understanding of Revenue Recognition
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the financial and accounting field
  • Strong analysis, forecasting and planning skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a deadline-oriented environment

What we would like:

  • Working knowledge of Unanet
  • Experience working with either DoD or Intel Agency Customers

Security clearance needed:

  • Eligibility to receive a high level government security clearance

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

Salary Range

$68,900 - $147,600 USD
