Overview of Opportunity
Two Six Technologies is seeking a Scrum Master to support an engineering and development project delivering mission-critical capabilities to our customers. In this role, you will coordinate Agile delivery efforts, support the productization of proof-of-concept (PoC) capabilities from our reverse engineering team, and work closely with technical staff and stakeholders to manage priorities and deliverables.
This role involves managing the Agile process, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, eliciting and documenting requirements, and ensuring effective communication across teams. You will work in close collaboration with the Principal Investigator and technical team to maintain a well-groomed backlog and drive iterative delivery in a dynamic environment.

What you will do:
- Serve as the Agile team lead, ensuring best practices are followed and continuously improved.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Work with stakeholders, users, and technical staff to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support project execution by tracking tasks, managing timelines, and monitoring delivery progress.
- Assist in transitioning reverse-engineered PoCs into scalable, production-ready capabilities.
- Coordinate documentation and communication between stakeholders, developers, and leadership.
- Help identify and remove blockers and ensure a clear understanding of goals across the team.
What you will need (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years specifically serving as a Scrum Master.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, and Visio.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and interface effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Nice to Have (Preferred):
- Experience as a developer in an Agile environment.
- Working knowledge of C/C++ and Python-based systems.
- Experience mentoring team members and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Ability to analyze unfamiliar or legacy codebases to support integration and productization.
- Experience supporting R&D teams transitioning prototypes to operational capabilities.

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.
Salary Range
$116,200 - $235,700 USD
