Senior Director of Strategic Growth, Trusted Solutions

Two Six Technologies is looking for a Senior Director of Strategic Growth to help develop and execute go-to-market strategies within the US DoD and their intelligence community partners for multiple TST products.  In particular they will focus on helping position products and envision solutions to aid in Resilient, Secure Communications (RSC) initiatives.  The candidate will need a deep understanding of the Defense and Intelligence markets and be able to work with Product Sales, BD and Marketing teams to help position and close deals in those markets. 

The successful candidate will have served in a leadership position within the United States Military or Intelligence Community, and understand the needs of technology enabled missions across those forces.   They will understand the current state of play for secure communications technologies within the Defense and Intelligence sectors and be able to explain how Two Six products and capabilities fit within the current paradigm or advance it.

This role will be remote and will require 30% travel to customers, events and Two Six offices on site. 

 

What you will do: 

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategies for government and military communities
  • Understand the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position and differentiate Two Six products and capabilities
  • Acquire deep understanding of Two Six products to articulate where they best fit within government organizations.
  • Travel as necessary to meet with customers, and to participate in internal meetings
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure the products being developed align with market demand signals
  • Collaborate with Sales, BD and Marketing teams in identifying the best messaging and approaches to bring products to market within the DoD and IC
  • Assist the Sales and Business Development teams to shape, propose, and close new business using your experience and consultative engagement skills to initiate long-term relationships with prospective customers, partners and executive sponsors
  • Work to identify the channel partners and government programs best suited for Two Six products
  • Provide regular reports on the performance of growth and go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and networks as the customer space evolves
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies and operational best practices.

 

What you will need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity or relevant field with over 12 years of experience driving technical market strategies and programs 
  • Deep understanding of DoD and IC community to identify the needs of technology enabled missions across those forces 
  • To be highly motivated and a self-starting producer with proven success targeting and establishing credibility with demanding customers
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to break new ground with innovative products and technologies
  • Knowledge or background related to Secure Communications; Networks; and/or Military Planning and Execution will be beneficial to your success in this position
  • Must be a collaborative team player and quick learner with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be willing and able to travel 30-40% of the time to client sites and Two Six offices as needed

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

Salary Range

$146,700 - $250,000 USD
