Overview of Opportunity 

Two Six Technologies is growing and we are looking to add a Senior Program Manager in the DC Metro Area. In this role, you will provide programmatic leadership to strong technical teams to mature DARPA developed technologies and deliver operational capabilities to the Department of War (DoW) Service Cyber Components. The ideal individual will have to understand technical project execution management, the ability to quickly build strong relationships with relevant government stakeholders at DARPA and DoW stakeholders, ability to lead and support interactions with collaborative projects within the company and customer.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide programmatic leadership across a $10m+ projects to operationalize DARPA R&D technologies and integrate into US Service Cyber Component missions.
  • Drive and shape with DARPA and command stakeholders for next generation capabilities.
  • Provide programmatic leadership as prime contractor over multiple sub-contractor teams
  • Be present to meet with internal and external stakeholder to foster and enhance relationships with stakeholders
  • Travel outside of DMV up to 10% time

What you will need:

  • A leader who actively protects program focus, removes administrative burdens on Program Leads, and balances strict accountability with empathetic team advocacy.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related technical field  
  • 5+ years experience directly engaging with DoW organizations
  • 10+ years leading execution of technical projects
  • Strong track record of managing complex government accounts, navigating sensitive mission environments, and converting operational excellence into organic contract growth.
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with the ability to be read on to Special Access Programs (SAP).

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

Salary Range

$150,000 - $225,000 USD
