About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Total Rewards Partner II to support the administration of employee benefits for Mexico. This role will focus 100% on benefits operations and employee support, ensuring accurate administration, vendor coordination, and a positive employee experience across all benefits programs.
This position is ideal for someone starting their career in Human Resources, Total Rewards, or Benefits Administration who is interested in learning and growing within the HR field.
Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration
- Support the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs in Mexico, including:
- Major Medical Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Savings Fund
- Savings Box
- Meal, Gas, and Restaurant Coupons
- Employee discount platforms and wellness programs
- Process employee enrollments, terminations, status changes, and dependent updates.
- Validate employee eligibility and ensure accurate benefit records.
Employee Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to benefits.
- Provide timely support and guidance regarding coverage, enrollment processes, payroll deductions, and vendor platforms.
- Assist employees in resolving benefit-related issues with vendors.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate operational activities with insurance brokers and benefits vendors.
- Track service requests, escalations, invoices, and operational deliverables.
- Support vendor transitions and implementation activities when needed.
Data Accuracy & Reporting
- Maintain accurate employee benefit databases and trackers.
- Support payroll validations and benefit reconciliations.
- Generate reports related to enrollments, eligibility, utilization, and benefit costs.
Compliance & Process Support
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and established procedures.
- Support audits and documentation requests related to employee benefits.
- Assist in maintaining process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
- Support automation and HR systems implementation initiatives related to Total Rewards.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Finance, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, benefits administration, payroll support, or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
- English proficiency preferred (written and verbal).
Preferred
- Previous internship or experience supporting employee benefits or HR operations.
- Experience working with HRIS systems, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors.
