About the role:

The Sales Operations Specialist will have a wide range of duties as part of Unbounce’s Revenue Operations team. This role will play an integral part in delivering on the ongoing reporting, systems administration, and operational coordination of the team, including translating data into easily digestible information. This role requires timely communications with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and other departments within each Business Unit. The ideal candidate is highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and solid interpersonal and 

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist in administering and managing the tools and systems necessary to properly and efficiently measure and report on Revenue operations deliverables
  • Assist with continuous analysis and Optimization of the Customer Journey:
    • Evaluate current customer journey touchpoints and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop strategies to streamline and enhance the sales and customer success teams’ experience.
    • Implement feedback loops to constantly refine and improve customer touchpoints.
  • Assist with design of new/refined processes through the Sales Journey, and ensure enablement is effective.
    • Leverage data analytics (leveraging the existing Data Team as well as self-generated reporting) to assess the effectiveness of revenue journey touchpoints and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Go to Market team(s) Support: 
    • Work closely with all Go to Market teams to enhance Qualified Meetings, Opportunities, ARR, customer retention, minimize churn, and identify expansion opportunities
  • Communicate updates and changes to AEs, SDRs, CSMs, within each Business Unit
  • Manage, maintain, and improve quoting processes) as well as contract creation, renewal deal creation
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CPQ, and Quote-to-cash process
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and other required teams to ensure the customer journey aligns with company goals and objectives.
    • Share insights and updates on customer journey initiatives with Sales Operations Leadership to help inform future initiatives.
  • Ad-hoc reporting for AE, SDR, CS within each BU as needed
  • Active participation in driving and implementing operational projects and initiatives that enable the Sales Organization and Sales success and optimization.
  • Provide general administrative support to Sales Team & Sales Management, SD Team & SD Management, CS and CS management
  • Perform other related duties as assigned;
  • Continuous learning and adaptation:
    • Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in customer journey mapping and CRM functionalities.
    • Recommend and implement new tools or strategies to stay ahead of industry standards.
  • Be familiar with corporate security policies and follow the guidance set out by the processes and procedures of Unbounce
  • This is not an exhaustive list of duties. Responsibilities may be altered and/or added from time to time to meet business needs.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English - you communicate clearly, concisely, and with tact;
  • A University, College, and/or Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration/Marketing/Sales/Operations or a related area of study or equal working experience;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a revenue ops, sales or marketing support function;  
  • Solid experience using HubSpot and or Salesforce
  • Other experience with sales enablement tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, Outreach, Salesloft, Pardot, RingLead, D&B, etc., is considered an asset;  
  • Solid interpersonal skills - You are able to establish great cross-functional relationships in a collaborative environment with a diverse group of internal stakeholders;
  • You can quickly learn and adapt to new systems - you know how to harness the power of data and reporting;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills - the ability to effectively prioritize and execute several asks for many different client accounts and internal stakeholders;
  • You are a critical thinker and can suggest, implement, and support efficient and effective operations;
  • You are diligent and detail-oriented- you pay high attention to detail and you double-check everything;
  • You have grit- you are conscientious, will always work towards providing solutions over excuses, and are dedicated to achieving excellence and driving results;
  • You are open to feedback, coachable, and always striving to self-improve;
  • You are highly adaptable, flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment;

  • $80,000 - $100,000 USD

For Canadian Applicants:

  • $85,613 - $120,928 CAD
