We are seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of compelling marketing creative that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing creative trends including competitor trends, strategic planning and content storytelling. The ideal candidate has a blend of strategy, creativity and analytic skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can turn ideas into impactful marketing results.
About the role and why it’s unique:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high performing, engaging content including cut down video (UGC, graphical, cut down), static ads and written materials including performative such paid social content and Google UAC.
- Leverage consumer insights, cutting edge trends, and competitive analysis to inform optimal performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new formats, channels, and creative approaches.
- Optimize marketing messaging for different audience segments and platforms to ensure a personalized and relevant experience.
- Partner with performance marketing teams to develop high-impact creatives for paid social, influencer campaigns, and website promotions.
- Work with Creative Director on creative direction for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.
- Responsible for performance results on a regular weekly cadence with recommendations. KPIs include CAC, ROAS, engagement.
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice across channels.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of proven experience in creative marketing and content strategy (DTC experience preferred).
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including paid social and overall paid media.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and optimize creative assets for better engagement and conversion.
- Experience creating and implementing A/B testing plans across various ad platforms.
- Ability to make creative decisions driven by analytical insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing agencies, designers and content creators.
Even better if you have:
- Experience in the Online Gaming Industry
- Have used Mobile Measurement Partners (ex. AppsFlyer, Branch, Looker, Signma) and SKAN
- Mobile first experience
- Regulatory awareness
Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $135,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
