Rewards Manager
London
Role Profile:
Our London studio is looking for a Rewards Manager to join our growing People & Culture team. As a key member of the HR function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, implementing, and managing our global reward strategy to attract, motivate, and retain top talent across the organisation.
You will combine strong technical reward expertise with advanced data analytics capabilities to provide insights and recommendations that drive informed decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring our reward frameworks are equitable, competitive, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Reward Strategy & Delivery:
• Develop and implement global and regional reward strategies that align with business objectives and market best practices.
• Oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking, incentive design, and pay review processes.
• Ensure alignment of reward programs with Unispace’s culture, values, and performance-driven approach.
Data Analysis & Insights:
• Use data analytics to inform compensation decisions and support workforce planning.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track key reward metrics (e.g. gender pay, retention, cost of rewards, pay equity).
• Partner with Finance and HR leadership to model compensation scenarios and assess financial impacts.
Benchmarking & Market Intelligence:
• Conduct market analysis and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness and internal equity across roles and regions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compensation trends, legislative changes, and best practices globally.
Policy & Compliance:
• Maintain and update compensation policies in line with changing legislation and organisational priorities.
• Ensure compliance with pay equity laws and data privacy regulations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to support decision-making and provide guidance on reward matters.
• Support senior leadership with insights and recommendations during annual pay reviews and organisational changes.
Project Leadership:
• Lead or support reward-related projects such as job levelling frameworks, incentive redesigns, and benefits harmonisation.
• Champion the use of analytics to drive continuous improvement in reward effectiveness and employee engagement.
About You:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Rewards, ideally in a global or multi-regional business.
• Strong analytical mindset, with proven experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) to create and interpret insights.
• Experience managing salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and annual pay review cycles.
• Knowledge of UK employment and pay legislation; international experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for creating fair, transparent, and motivating reward frameworks.
