Title: Business Analyst

Direct Manager Title: Group Lead and SVP, Business Analytics

 

What You’ll Do:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role across multiple lines of business, bridging the gap between client business objectives and Unlock Health’s technology solutions. A true utility player, your work will range from supporting Unlock’s existing product portfolio with clients to developing new analytic solutions and insights.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with a consulting mindset, technical acumen, and strong client and internal stakeholder communication skills. We’ll help you gain a strong understanding of our products and services and how they interact to create client value. You’ll need to be willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver a broad range of business solutions focused on leveraging analytics practices to support our healthcare-focused business. 

Responsibilities:

  • Business Insights:
    • Find the “story” in the data and communicate insights with clients and internal team members
    • Combine and analyze data sets from multiple sources / platforms such as: client business information, marketing performance data, and publicly available datasets
    • Conduct thorough analyses of business problems and leverage our products, processes, and your own problem solving skills
  • Product & Feature Adoption Analysis
    • Support the product and client success teams by analyzing client adoption of new product features, identifying and documenting blockers with clear mitigation timelines
    • Work directly with clients, alongside the client success team, to clear significant blockers
  • Continuous Improvement (CI):
    • Evaluate and recommend process and tool improvements to enhance the overall value of our products and services
    • Collaborate with development teams, product managers, client success teams, and other stakeholders to create positive results for our clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
  • 2 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst or Analytics role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 1 year professional experience with Tableau
  • Minimum 1 year experience with SQL
