Who You Are:

You are an experienced analytics professional who will play a critical role across multiple lines of business, bridging the gap between client business objectives and Unlock Health’s technology solutions. You are a true utility player and will be able to adapt to working both independently and collaboratively within the organization. You’ll need to be willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver a broad range of business solutions leveraging analytics expertise to support our healthcare focused business. Your work assignments will vary greatly, from deploying Unlock’s existing solutions portfolio with clients to identifying opportunities, designing and executing new solutions and insights. Your work will span the spectrum of performance measurement and reporting to claims analysis to tool development.

You’re curious, creative, analytical, and strategic with strong technical acumen. You thrive when working independently, and demonstrate strong stakeholder communication skills. You are capable of collating, wrangling, merging and analyzing data in various analytic tools (like Tableau, LookerStudio, Excel, BigQuery, and Snowflake). Marketing measurement, claims data analysis, and revenue strategy focused analyses are the primary focus of the role, but a successful candidate must be able to identify opportunities for deeper analytics work, design solutions, source and analyze data, and develop insights.


What You’ll Do:

Analysis and Insights

  • Develop, maintain, and utilize dashboards, visualizations, and reports that support strategy and decision-making across internal teams and clients.
  • Combine and analyze data sets from multiple sources / platforms such as client business information, marketing performance data, and licensed datasets.
  • Find the “story” in the data and construct client-facing deliverables to communicate insights.
  • Streamline, evolve and improve the effectiveness of our agency’s approach to identifying market opportunities and measuring their results.


Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage multiple client priorities simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Partner with internal teams (Account Management, Paid Media, SEO, MarTech) to ensure that strategy and execution are supported by data.
  • Work across departments to identify new opportunities to leverage analytics for client value
  • Provide feedback on data processes and help improve the way analytics work is delivered.
  • Contribute to Unlock’s knowledge sharing by documenting processes and best practices.
  • Provides guidance, mentorship, and quality review for junior team members to support their technical and professional development.
  • Educate internal stakeholders and clients on how to identify insights and efficiently use and Unlock’s analytics tools.


Data Wrangling & Tool Use

  • Query and manipulate data using a combination of SQL and Tableau.
  • Proficient in agency-standard tools while continuously expanding your skillset.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and efficiency, collaborating with peers or senior analysts to implement solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing analytics role
  • Agency, or consulting experience preferred
  • Healthcare (hospital, health system, payor) experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM field
  • Proven experience working with and interpreting marketing performance data from various sources
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 3-year professional experience developing dashboards and reports within Tableau
  • Minimum 3-year professional experience with SQL
  • Familiarity with site analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Piwick, Adobe Analytics) and paid media/SEO metrics preferred
