Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Uprite Construction, you will lead all phases of both tenant improvement and ground-up construction projects. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards. This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout

  • Coordinate and lead project teams, subcontractors, and field staff

  • Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation

  • Lead regular project meetings with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ensure on-site safety, quality control, and compliance with building codes

  • Provide clear communication and proactive problem-solving to meet client expectations

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction

  • Strong experience in both tenant improvements (TIs) and ground-up construction

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships

  • Proficient with construction management tools (Procore preferred)

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required
