Software QA Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Software QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing and collaboration with the engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern testing tools, a strong foundation in JavaScript, excellent communication skills, and a high level of English proficiency to effectively collaborate in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure software quality.
• Perform both manual and automated testing using modern tools such as Jest, Playwright, Cypress, or Nightwatch.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure that testing processes align with best practices and company standards.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to team members and stakeholders with varying technical expertise in English.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience in a quality assurance role.
• A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with modern JavaScript development frameworks such as React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with modern testing tools such as Jest, Playwright, Cypress, Nightwatch, or similar frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• High level of English proficiency to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
