Sales Lead – Remote (Full-Time)

We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Lead to accelerate our growth across North America. If you’re passionate about building high-performing teams, closing big deals, and driving scalable revenue strategies, this role is for you.


Key Objectives

  • Drive new revenue and unlock business opportunities across target markets.

  • Design and implement lead generation and nurturing strategies that convert.

  • Optimize sales operations and ensure continuous pipeline growth.


What You’ll Do

Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Design and execute sales plans to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets (quarterly and annually).

  • Set clear sales goals and KPIs; align expectations with the executive team.

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a remote sales team across multiple regions.

  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to inform go-to-market strategies.

Business Development

  • Prospect, identify, and cultivate new business opportunities via outbound and inbound strategies.

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Lead high-value negotiations and close deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.

  • Maintain a strong and predictable pipeline by managing leads across all funnel stages.

Team Development & Coaching

  • Hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent.

  • Deliver continuous training, mentorship, and performance feedback.

  • Champion a collaborative, growth-minded team culture.

Sales Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze KPIs (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, churn, etc.).

  • Provide actionable insights to leadership through regular sales reports and forecasts.

  • Use performance data to fine-tune sales strategies and improve outcomes.

CRM & Sales Tools Management

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and data integrity.

  • Leverage analytics to understand buyer behavior and optimize team performance.


What You Bring

  • Proven success in a B2B sales leadership role (preferably SaaS, Tech, or Staff Augmentation).

  • Consistent overachievement of sales quotas in the U.S. or Canadian markets.

  • Strong command of the full sales cycle: lead gen, nurturing, closing.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

  • Outstanding negotiation skills and a consultative sales approach.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of pricing and market dynamics.

  • Experience leading distributed or remote sales teams.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales enablement software.

  • Native English speaker (required).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with high-growth startups or in agency/consulting environments.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.

  • Knowledge of LATAM markets is a plus.
