Quality Document Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute, maintain, and improve the Document Control program per internal and regulatory policies and procedures;
- Create new and revise existing procedures and checklists, as necessary, with a high level of ability in QMS document formatting, and accuracy
- Support Document Change Request (DCR) processes; word-process final version of new or revised documents for approval
- Resolve documentation issues with the collaboration of subject matter experts and technical staff
- Administer the IQS Quality software system
- Train personnel on the IQS software system, especially the Document Control process
- Maintain employee training records in IQS
- Document Customer Order Certificates to demonstrate conformance to the requirements of the order.
- Coordinate and facilitate customer and regulatory audits
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree (B. A.) or equivalent education/work experience
- Experience writing and editing documents
- Ability to read and interpret documents, such as regulatory standards, drawings, and maintenance instructions.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees within the organization.
