Our fleets are constantly evolving and feature a range of vehicles - from pedal and electric bicycles, to standing and seated e-scooters, e-cargo bikes, and ADA accessible devices. Job Summary: The Senior Recruiter is involved in the full-cycle recruitment process working closely with our technical and business teams which include: Operations, Engineering, Data, People, and Finance. You will play an important role in coaching hiring managers, advising talent acquisition strategies, executing quickly, prioritizing often, and building processes. You will enjoy variety in your work and are excited to support functions ranging from engineering to operations, recruit levels from associates to engineers, and own sourcing strategies from building your own diverse pipelines to managing agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing with a focus on strong hiring manager partnerships and candidate advocacy.
- Creativity with sourcing; managing relationships with Senior Leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates (passive and active) by driving initiatives like branding, events, sourcing and referrals.
- Use data to influence hiring strategies and educate interview teams.
- Manage multiple hiring pipelines and projects with a keen eye for prioritization.
- Partner with technical stakeholders to recruit on technical, data and engineering jobs
- Coordinate seamless interview process including scheduling, building scorecards, rubric, and ensuring interview plan is fluid and timely.
Qualifications and Skills
- Have a minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years supporting Senior Leadership in hiring for Manager/Director-level roles with additional project management, sourcing, and coordinating experience.
- You have prior experience in both an Agency environment and also have experience as a Corporate (In-house) recruiter.
- Expert knowledge and experience running searches with Boolean, LinkedIn, and other technical platforms.
- Experience with G-Suite and Greenhouse highly preferred with the technical aptitude to learn new systems.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation Package that consists of a base salary range of $90,000 - $108,000 + Annual Performance Bonus + Equity (Stock Options) + Full Range of Benefits.
- Veo is a total compensation company, and pay is determined by geographic cost of labor and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training - so not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
- Our total compensation package for this role, including bonus potential, ranges from $90,000 - $113,000
