The Primavera P6 Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 software. This role involves collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking to support successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6, including work breakdown structures (WBS), activities, milestones, and dependencies
- Perform critical path analysis to identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Update schedules with progress data, including actual start/finish dates, percent complete, and resource utilization
- Generate and distribute schedule reports, such as Gantt charts, resource histograms, and earned value analysis, to project teams and management
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment between project plans and execution
- Monitor schedule variances, delays, and impacts, providing recommendations for recovery plans as needed
- Assist in resource planning and leveling to optimize project efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company scheduling standards and industry best practices
- Support baseline schedule development and manage change control processes for schedule updates
Requirements:
- Strong preference for MES/Pharma experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling using Oracle Primavera P6
- Onsite work requirements in Novato, CA. Potential hybrid arrangement
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification such as PMP, PMI-SP, or Oracle Primavera P6 certification is a plu
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment under tight deadlines
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
