Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project administration tasks for clinical manufacturing activities
- Support procurement-related tracking, date updates, and documentation
- Conduct regulatory and data integrity reviews
- Prepare huddle boards and populate performance metrics dashboards
- Collect, pareto, develop plan and execute plan to eliminate non-value added (NVA) work; complete effectiveness checks and document changes required to eliminate NVA.
- Follow up on Goods Receipt (GR)/Quality issues, Approved for Forward Use (AFU/FFU) tracking, material destruction, and part number activation
- Resolve challenges and expedite sample shipments, drug product shipments
- Maintain master data and inventory movement logs
- Manage documentation updates and records in systems such as Veeva and SAP
- Participate in team meetings and assist in cross-functional communication
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree. Preferred Education: BS in Professional Writing, Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization
- Effective written and verbal communication across teams
- Competence in document control and administrative processes
- Initiative to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities
- Flexible and responsive to shifting timelines and tasks
- Experience with data entry and workflow tracking
- SAP Experience
- Onsite requirement in Indianapolis, IN
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Power BI, Veeva Vault, and TrackWise
- Experience in GMP environments or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Familiarity with Lean tools and continuous improvement concepts
- Exposure to inventory and material management systems

The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
