Client Service Representative (CSR)
Denver Veterinary Specialists (DVS) is seeking Client Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing specialty team at our Lowry and Wash Park locations. This is a dual-position posting for two separate roles, and candidates may apply for either location based on interest and availability.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new specialty practice from the beginning, with training provided prior to the opening of our Denver locations.

- Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Availability to work weekends in the future as the practice grows
Training & Location Information
- All hired CSRs will complete initial training at Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital. Training will continue until the opening of our Denver Veterinary Specialists locations.
- We plan to open our Denver locations with a target opening of June 2026.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service required; veterinary or medical front-desk experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, specialty environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional, compassionate, and client-focused demeanor
- Comfortable using computer systems for scheduling, billing, and medical records
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients in a professional, welcoming manner
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage referrals for specialty services
- Accurately enter and maintain client and patient information
- Review estimates, collect payments, and handle invoicing
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, directions, and general service information
- Support client education and follow-up communication as directed by the medical team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk and lobby area
- Collaborate closely with veterinarians, technicians, and assistants to ensure excellent client experience

Base Pay
$19 - $23 USD
