About the Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter for our Product team, you will help build the team that shapes the company’s future products and trajectory. At Verkada, our decentralized recruiting approach means you'll be immersed in the Product team and foster strong partnerships with hiring managers, executives, and individual contributors. You will gain a deep understanding of the team dynamics and develop expertise in the market for PM.
This role demands a proactive sourcing strategy to build a pipeline of specialized product talent. You will recruit for a variety of positions across the Product organization. This role will report to our Recruiting Manager and is based on-site 5 days per week in San Mateo, CA.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: source niche product talent, maintain a healthy pipeline, extend offers, and successfully close top candidates
- Partner closely with the Product leadership team. You’ll have weekly meetings with our SVP of Product & Operations, VPs, and Directors to collaboratively build the team (our hiring managers source, too!)
- Make improvements to our hiring processes as we continue to scale
- Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year hiring for Product Management roles
- Demonstrated experience generating a well-targeted and high-quality pipeline of Product Management candidates
- Expertise in stakeholder alignment, including the ability to influence senior Product leadership and manage the end-to-end decision making process for complex technical hires
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on timely communication
- Adept at managing competing priorities and navigating a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing and able to work on-site 5 days per week in San Mateo

Annual Pay Range
At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)
Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
Estimated Annual Pay Range
$145,000 - $175,000 USD
