About the Opportunity
At Veza, the SE Enablement Manager plays a critical role in empowering our Sales Engineering (SE) teams to deliver impactful, engaging, and value-driven product demonstrations and workshops. This role focuses on building and scaling enablement programs that equip our SE team with the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively communicate Veza's story and value proposition to customers and prospects. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, you will drive initiatives that bridge technical expertise with compelling storytelling.
You Will:
- Develop Enablement Programs: Design and implement training programs, workshops, and enablement sessions tailored to the SE team's needs.
- Create Assets and Playbooks: Build reusable assets, including demo guides, presentation decks, technical playbooks, and best-practice documentation.
- Ensure Consistent Messaging: Align SE enablement materials with Veza’s overarching narrative and value proposition.
- Facilitate Technical Workshops: Organize and lead technical workshops to ensure SE teams are well-versed in product functionality, integrations, and real-world use cases.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather insights, prioritize initiatives, and align enablement efforts with company goals.
- Provide Onboarding Support: Develop structured onboarding programs for new SE hires to ensure quick ramp-up time.
- Measure Impact: Track and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay Current with Product Updates: Maintain a deep understanding of Veza’s product roadmap and ensure enablement materials are updated accordingly.
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Sales Enablement, or Technical Product Marketing roles.
- Prior experience in a Sales Engineering capacity, with a strong understanding of customer-facing technical sales processes.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training and enablement programs tailored to technical teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience creating enablement assets such as demo playbooks, technical presentations, and workshop materials.
- Familiarity with identity, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS industries is highly preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize enablement program effectiveness.
- Nice to Have: Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
