The Role

As the Director of Growth Marketing at Vim, you will own the planning and execution of growth initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue for our healthcare solutions. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll develop and scale growth strategies across digital marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and lifecycle marketing. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment with Vim’s mission to transform healthcare. 

You will lead and manage Vim’s growth marketing efforts, defining and executing data-driven strategies to generate pipeline, nurture leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers. You will establish a performance marketing engine that combines creativity and analytics, ensuring sustainable and scalable growth for our B2B healthcare business.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Planning: Design, plan and execute the overall growth marketing strategy, aligning closely with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to achieve business goals.
  • Demand Generation: Develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, content, and more) to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Build and scale an ABM program targeting key accounts and decision-makers, leveraging personalized campaigns to accelerate the buyer’s journey.
  • Marketing Analytics: Implement robust analytics to measure campaign performance, uncover insights, and inform future strategies; provide detailed reporting on KPIs to leadership.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Create and manage lifecycle programs to nurture leads, onboard new customers, and drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and consistency across all campaigns and touchpoints.
  • Budget Ownership: Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Experimentation: Drive continuous testing of new channels, messaging, and strategies to identify innovative opportunities for growth.

Must-Have Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS companies
  • Background in healthcare technology or B2B healthcare experience
  • Ability to lead with an AI strategy and mindset for day-to-day operations
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation and ABM campaigns
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, content marketing, and SEO
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing marketing teams
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and ensuring measurable ROI on campaigns
  • Located in New York City with the ability to come to the office 3 days a week

Vim’s Culture, Compensation, and Benefits

The target base salary for this role is between $140,000 to $190,000 per year (Compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, and level of experience)
