Our team is looking for an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our end-to-end strategy and execution on sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding. We’re looking for someone with a strategic mindset who can roll up their sleeves and quickly establish trust and deliver impact to the business.
What You’ll be Doing
Leading Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to attract, assess, hire, onboard, and retain top talent cross-functionally, globally, and at all levels of the organization to support our strategy and mission.
- Develop and execute, in collaboration with leadership, a global talent acquisition plan to meet the company's annual, quarterly, and monthly hiring goals while maintaining high talent density.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using a variety of sourcing techniques, industry insights, and strategic partnerships to identify top candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
Amplifying our Employer Brand:

- Position us as a top company to work for in key markets through highlighting our values, mission, and vision and increased brand presence.
- Implement best-in-class candidate experience processes, from initial outreach to onboarding.
Improving Recruiting Operations:

- Provide thought leadership and drive the adoption of best-in-class recruitment processes and tools for continuous improvement on hiring quality and to reduce time-to-hire.
- Improve our key talent systems, including sourcing initiatives, recruitment, and diversity processes for both technical and non-technical roles.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- 15+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience with at least 5+ years in a leadership/management role
- Strong track record in designing, managing, and executing global hiring plans in the tech industry for in-person, hybrid, and distributed workforce
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with hiring managers, external partners, and leadership to align recruiting strategies with company goals
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret recruiting data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategy that aligns with company growth plans
- Deep understanding of labor markets and compliance requirements across regions
- Deep knowledge of best practices in recruiting and employment branding to develop a diverse candidate pool and acquire top talent
- Hands-on approach, with the ability to engage directly in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates, especially for leadership-level roles
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools and platforms
- Expertise in offer management and negotiation including compensation packages, benefits, and employment contract

The base pay range for this position in Canada is 150k - 165k + bonus.
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
