This is the challenge 

At The Cocktail, we're looking for people who aren't afraid of speed. Specifically, someone capable of understanding the challenges of technology, translating them to our clients, and helping them move in that direction. Our business consulting team participates in end-to-end projects for different sectors (banking, insurance, travel, energy...) from a perspective that is far from traditional consulting. 🚀 

 We are looking for a person who: 

• It is necessary that you can sign an internship agreement. 

• Has completed or is about to complete their studies in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar to be able to work full time 

• Has a high level of English and Spanish (C1 or C2) 

• Is very good with numbers and has analytical skills 

• Has the possibility to start the internship in September/October 2026

 

Among other things, this is what you will do. 

• You will participate in digital transformation projects from start to finish. 

• You will support the identification of problems and immerse yourself in the day-to-day of our clients to better understand their cultural traits, their organization and their processes. 

• You will work with multidisciplinary teams, side by side with members of our UX, UI, Brand, Data, Technology teams... 

• You will develop your analytical skills, generating relevant insights for our clients' business. 

• You will translate these conclusions into graphic and written documents. 

• You will work on your verbal and non-verbal communication. 

 

What is the experience of an intern at The Cocktail? 

• You will be part of a community of interns and you will all start your adventure at The Cocktail in the month of September/October. You will have an asynchronous onboarding where you will get to know The Cocktail, the different areas in general and your area and project more specifically. 

• Our scholarships are a space where there is room for debate, innovation and transformation. 

• The internships are paid and we will need you to have full-time availability. 

• Our work model is hybrid, but a greater presence will be required in our Madrid offices. 

• You will be part of multidisciplinary teams and you will be able to work jointly with specialists from other areas. 

• We don't have a dress code. Come to work as you like. 

• You can enjoy one day of vacation for each month of scholarship.
