  • Proactively identify and execute value-add strategic projects aligned with platform objectives.
  • Contribute to content optimization efforts to enhance user experience and site performance.

Web Copywriting for Launches & Campaigns

  • Develop compelling, customer-centric website copy for new vehicle launches and significant vehicle updates.
  • Integrate key considerations such as customer experience, SEO best practices, accessibility standards, established tone of voice, and the holistic customer journey.
  • Collaborate closely with external agency partners (e.g., Activation, Creative Director, CRM teams) on marketing-led launch projects.
  • Partner with UI teams to ensure copy seamlessly integrates with visual elements via collaborative design tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Produce engaging and creative copy for client Customer Service Department  campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop copy tailored for multiple channels, including website content, CRM communications (e.g., email marketing), and social media platforms.
  • Ensure all creative copy aligns with the client's brand voice and marketing objectives for customer service initiatives.

What we want from you:

  • Proven experience in UX writing/content design for complex projects or large-scale businesses.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and user-friendly copy.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and user journeys.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing copywriting.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to write both short and long-form copy, as well as scripting for conversational user interfaces.
  • Experience creating copy options for research and interpreting results.
  • Adaptable tone for different clients and customers, with the ability to work independently or seek help when needed.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to present to all levels within an organization.
  • Confidence to challenge peers and stakeholders, and champion improvements.
  • Native-level English proficiency in speaking and writing.
  • Proven copywriting skills across creative marketing campaigns.
  • Experience writing for diverse digital channels (website, email, social media).
  • Ability to adapt writing style for different campaign objectives and target audiences.
  • Understanding of customer service messaging and brand loyalty.

If you know some of this, even better:

  • Understanding of SEO and accessibility best practices.
