Job Summary:
The HRIS Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Human Resources System of record, ADP, including data integrity and system security. This position ensures optimal function of the HRIS system, which includes configuration, customization, and maintenance. This role will also provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain and optimize ADP Workforce Now, including installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Work closely with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, Operations, and site leadership to ensure accurate, compliant, and actionable employee data
- Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users
- Maintain data integrity through routine audits and reporting ensuring compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Support configuration of system fields, workflows, and security roles
- Assist with HR system integrations during mergers and acquisitions
- Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials
- Create and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, including headcount, turnover, compensation, and workforce analytics
- Support multi-state employment law compliance (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, wage/hour) through accurate HRIS data management.
- Provide training, technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain HRIS dashboards and custom reports to support HR metrics and business needs.
- Support and annual HR projects such as open enrollment, performance management, and compensation reviews.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of HRIS experience with demonstrated expertise in ADP Workforce Now.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including payroll, benefits, recruiting, and compliance.
- Experience with HR reporting, analytics, and data auditing.
- High level of integrity and discretion with confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Working knowledge of basic employment regulations (FLSA, FMLA, EEO)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a multi-site workforce environment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (configuration, reporting, and security administration).

The salary range represents the base salary range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors. Those include but are not limited to location, experience, and performance.
