Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant and Receptionist will be a key driver of operational excellence, and processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall employee experience by streamlining workflows, executing with excellence and implementing best-in-class people practices.
Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative, clerical, and organizational support for the office by performing the following responsibilities.
- Greets clients and visitors in a professional manner & promptly notifies appropriate person of their arrival.
- Answers telephone, takes accurate messages, and screens and directs telephone calls for management in a professional manner.
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis and signs for courier deliveries.
- Composes, prepares and proofreads correspondence, office memos and reports, and maintains confidentiality when required.
- Provides administrative support for special projects and presentations to include research, compiling data and preparation of presentations.
- Maintain an organized office calendar and schedules meetings and appointments as needed.
- Prepares for meetings, including conference room set up, meal and refreshment planning and pickup, and meeting clean-up.
- Make travel reservations and prepare expense reports.
- Inventories and orders office supplies and equipment.
- Perform general filing, record maintenance, and assist in purchasing as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Typical working hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday – Friday (with an hour lunch break).
- Other related job duties, as assigned.
- Ability to travel approximately 5% of the time as needed.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance (Requires US Citizenship).

Required Qualifications:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in related discipline from an accredited college/university. May consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree

The salary range represents the base salary range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors. Those include but are not limited to location, experience, and performance.
