About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Manager with a focus on Tech Solutions and Payments Ecosystem to join our team. The Partner Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships driving revenue growth and ensuring successful integrations with the VTEX platform to service our clients. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, highly analytical, and able to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

The VTEX Partner Team is focused on developing and growing our ecosystem and on discovering the different kinds of businesses involved in our clients’ ecommerce needs. The team creates, plans, and implements transformative digital projects using VTEX’s solutions and products, always thinking about how to help our ecosystem grow and gain a competitive advantage for our customer base.

 

Who you are

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-based decisions.
  • Willingness to learn and evolve on the understanding of the VTEX platform and commerce.
  • Has the necessary technical expertise in ecommerce architecture solutions and can establish a conversation with technical decision-makers.
  • Has experience in training partners technically.
  • Digital commerce experience.
  • Fluence is Portuguese and English.
  • Advanced Spanish is preferred.
