ABOUT THE ROLE
As an International Controllership Analyst, you will be part of the International Controllership area, focused on Argentina and The United States entities. As part of the team, you will:
- Actively participate in accounting closing, mainly analyzing intercompany transactions, cost & expense, revenue, fixed assets and other balance sheet areas;
- Explain variations of the results and changes that occurred in the period;
- Identify processes for improvement and propose corrective action;
- Ensure SOX compliance in accordance with established internal flows;
- Support the team during the auditing processes;
- Communicate with different internal areas aiming to optimize our processes.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The International Controllership team of VTEX is responsible for preparing IFRS accounting and managing local GAAP accounting of all the VTEX entities outside Brazil; local audits in some countries; and improving processes that may impact the VTEX financial statements.
WHO YOU ARE
- You must have advanced English - Spanish is a differential;
- You graduated in accounting, business administration, economics, production engineering, or related areas;
- You must be experienced at least 4-5 years in finance (including internship time);
- You must have initiative and proactivity, organization, good problem-solving ability, a teamwork spirit, and an interest in learning new tools;
- You might have IFRS accounting standards knowledge;
- You might have international experience - is a differential;
