Senior Product Manager, Pick and Pack
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Sr. Product Manager for VTEX Pick and Pack, the tool that enables retailers to manage their fulfillment processes efficiently. This role focuses on improving the end-to-end user experience for store operations, enhancing functionalities, and ensuring the product delivers value to merchants across different regions. The product is already live in key markets, such as the United States and Latin America. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams, ensuring solutions are robust, intuitive, and aligned with VTEX’s global strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive the expansion of Pick and Pack into new regions by gathering and prioritizing requirements from potential customers and emerging markets.
- Drive the strategy and execution, by defining Pick and Pack vision and product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define, prioritize, and deliver new features and improvements to the product, focusing on enhancing usability and reducing operational complexity.
- Partner with the Growth and Partnerships teams to identify opportunities for integration with third-party solutions (e.g., hardware, shipping carriers) and expand product capabilities.
- Conduct product discovery to understand merchant workflows, identify pain points, and define requirements for strategic projects, such as optimized picking and packing processes using AI.
- Lead customer interviews and collect feedback with current and prospective clients to understand their evolving needs and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product adoption, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the roadmap planning balancing short-term enhancements with long-term strategic goals and ensuring the team is focused on the most impactful activities
- Ensure alignment with regional market needs to support VTEX’s global expansion.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or ecommerce-related products, preferably in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain.
- Strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to make informed decisions and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-centric approach, with proven experience conducting user research and transforming insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and present product strategies clearly.
- Hands-on approach, comfortable with both strategic planning and tactical execution.
- Fluent in English.
- Preferable Spanish.
