ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a passionate and outcome-driven Technical Product Manager to lead key initiatives within our Cloud & SRE organization. This role is critical to improving our platform’s reliability, efficiency, and observability. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, SREs, and leadership to define and deliver solutions that reduce service disruptions, optimize infrastructure cost, and improve transparency around platform health.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Improve cloud and infrastructure efficiency with a focus on reducing cost per order;
- Define and evolve how we communicate platform health and reliability to customers;
- Conduct ongoing discovery to understand the pain points of engineering teams through interviews, ceremonies participation, and close collaboration with technical leaders;
- Identify and track key KPIs related to cloud efficiency, reliability, and operational health, tying them to business impact;
- Act as a buffer to protect engineering teams from unplanned or low-priority demands;
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain alignment with internal stakeholders on strategy and priorities;
- Align long-term vision and solutions across product, engineering, and infrastructure leadership.
WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Previous hands-on experience as a Software Engineer;
- Solid track record as a Technical Product Manager in platform teams, with deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps environments;
- Strong ability to connect technical KPIs with business outcomes and drive decision-making through data;
- Experience with FinOps, observability tools (such as Datadog, Grafana), and anomaly detection techniques is a strong plus;
- Fluent English – frequent interaction with international stakeholders is required.
