Global Social Media & Content Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a Global Social Media & Content Manager to shape how VTEX shows up across social, from strategy and content to distribution and performance.
This is a hybrid role that combines strategy and execution with real ownership. You’ll define our global social strategy, build and manage the content calendar, turn ideas and existing VTEX content into platform-native formats, and work across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and beyond.
You’ll also own the paid social layer end-to-end, from deciding what deserves investment and defining audiences to managing budgets, testing creative, optimizing campaigns, and understanding what the results actually mean. You’ll also work closely with regional and demand generation teams to make global and local efforts work together.
This is a role that combines editorial judgment, creative thinking, platform knowledge, and performance marketing. One day you might turn a complex commerce topic into a sharp LinkedIn post; the next, you’ll develop a paid campaign, test different creative, or rethink a format based on performance.
We’re looking for someone who is curious, fast, highly adaptable, and comfortable moving from strategy to execution. Someone who understands that great social isn’t just about making content, it’s about knowing what deserves attention, how to earn it, and how to make it travel.
For this position, you are required to attend the São Paulo office four days a week, from Monday to Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
