Integrations Manager

As an Integrations Manager on the CS [Customer Success] Integrations team, you will be responsible for managing and applying technically driven integration solutions for both pre-sale prospects and existing customers. In your pre-sale efforts, you will support the Sales and Solutions teams in taking a prospect’s vision of their tenant experience goals and work closely to determine viability and scope of said goals; using all the tools available with the VTS product suite. In working with existing customers, you will partner with our Tenant Advisory team to identify and resolve complex issues that are impacting customers across the full VTS portfolio through applying unique solutions derived from your subject and discipline expertise.

Every day you will work with support teams, solution specialists, development engineers, and quality engineers to manage, maintain, and deploy integration projects that are assigned to you. Your technical and leadership skills in combination with your passion for puzzle-solving will make you successful in developing and guiding exciting and innovative integration solutions for the marketplace.

To thrive in this role you must have a proven track record in system-level experience across multiple software and hardware platforms. Your hardware platform knowledge will include exposure to Apple iOS, Android OS, and Linux-based devices; in addition to hardware associated with various access and people management systems. You will learn and become knowledgeable on the platforms that VTS integrates with for access control, work order management, payments, and smart home technologies. Your knowledge in IP based devices will allow you to understand, design within, and troubleshoot hardware in a typical customer network. You will also be looked upon to write, maintain, and review knowledge base documentation to assist VTS’s general and specialized support functions to be more self sufficient.

Ideally you will have experience in working in buildings, directly with property managers, commercial building staff, along with access control, infrastructure, and IoT integrators as this will be invaluable in your success; there will be many opportunities for client communication and engagement. You will have hands-on experience in several access control, visitor, and elevator management systems.

Here’s what you can expect as an Integration Manager:

  • Have a deep understanding of VTS’ integration library including SAML and API/SDK based integrations, ranging from facility management to access control systems and everything in between.
  • Develop and apply technically driven integration solutions for both pre-sale prospects and existing customers.
  • Support the Sales and Solutions teams in taking a prospect’s vision of their tenant experience goals and work closely with them to develop a viable plan to achieve their goals
  • Work independently on assigned software and hardware issues to resolution
  • Write, maintain, and review knowledge base documentation to assist the general and specialized support functions to be more self sufficient
  • Create client facing documentation specific to client’s system’s use case 
  • Make recommendations to improve systems performance, security, and scalability keeping in mind what VTS currently offers
  • Work with our technology team to discuss enhancements and alternative work flows specific to clients needs 
  • Travel on-site when necessary, navigating within commercial real estate tower back of house and infrastructure spaces and testing client’s system compatibility with VTS

Pay Transparency
 
At VTS, we pride ourselves on articulating a clear and transparent philosophy around equitable, impartial compensation that will allow us to recruit and retain an exceptional team. Base salary is market-driven at the point in time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between $100,000 to $115,000 and is determined by a few factors including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography.
