Your leadership will ensure our systems and applications are reliable, secure, and ready for future growth. You’ll be leading talented, results-oriented teams through the next phase of our business while championing modern best practices in DevOps, SRE, and security, as well as coaching your engineers to success.

What you can expect as an Engineering Manager of Infrastructure & Security:

  • Lead, mentor, and empower a talented team of Infrastructure and Security Engineers, fostering their professional and technical growth through coaching and career development plans
  • Develop and execute a long-term technical strategy and roadmap for the company's infrastructure and security posture, ensuring a secure-by-design approach that aligns with business goals and product needs
  • Define, track, and report on quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for both teams, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and communicating progress to leadership
  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI to drive business value, revenue growth and enhance existing internal processes.
  • Oversee the infrastructure budget, meticulously tracking cloud costs and vendor expenses to ensure operations remain within financial forecasts.
  • Ensure the team is aligned on team goals, on track with commitments, and consistently delivering high-quality, reliable and secure services.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to guide the evolution of our infrastructure stack and security programs.
  • Promote a healthy and inclusive team culture that is collaborative, innovative, and psychologically safe, as well as organize team-building activities to strengthen team cohesion.
  • Act as a technical and strategic guide for both teams, helping to unblock complex challenges and facilitate engineering decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product, Customer Success) to define requirements and deliver comprehensive solutions.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • Proven experience leading a high-performing team of infrastructure and security engineers in a cloud-native environment, fostering their professional and technical growth.
  • Deep expertise in modern cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and its native security controls (e.g., IAM, VPC), along with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), container (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines; complemented by strong experience in Application Security, including vulnerability management and integrating SAST/DAST/SCA tools into the SDLC.
  • Demonstrated success in driving complex infrastructure and security initiatives (such as achieving compliance certifications, maturing incident response, or large-scale migrations) from conception to completion.
  • A strong track record of managing Cloud and Security budgets, including vendor contracts and controlling tool costs
  • Proven ability to partner with engineering leaders and product managers to champion security best practices across the organization
  • Experience in developing and executing a comprehensive and unified technical roadmap for both infrastructure and security, focused on enhancing scalability and reliability while maturing the organization's overall security posture.

What Sets You Apart?
  • You are a strategic and visionary leader who connects infrastructure and security initiatives directly to business outcomes and revenue growth.
  • You are an inspirational mentor passionate about cultivating talent, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture, and empowering engineers to do their best work.
  • You are a pragmatic problem-solver with a data-driven mindset, skilled at identifying high-impact opportunities and making sound decisions under pressure.
  • You are an excellent communicator and collaborator who can effectively articulate a technical vision to both engineering teams and executive leadership.
  • You are financially astute, with a strong sense of ownership over the budget and a focus on driving cost-efficiency without sacrificing performance, reliability or security.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
