We are looking for a Director of Solutions to lead and scale our Solutions team (currently 5 members) and play a pivotal role in shaping how VTS brings its full product vision to market.

This leader will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership, translating product innovation into compelling, outcome-oriented narratives that resonate with prospective customers. You will own how we visualize, communicate, and demonstrate the value of our platform—ensuring our go-to-market (GTM) story is clear, differentiated, and continuously evolving.

Critically, this role will also lead the evolution of VTS’s end-to-end platform narrative, bringing together our Lease and Activate products into a cohesive, compelling story. You will partner closely with Product to help define how these offerings connect—from data to tenant experience—and ensure that story is effectively translated into the field.This role is critical to ensuring that VTS fully capitalizes on its product innovation—across both Lease and Activate—by clearly articulating its value to the market. You will directly influence how customers understand, adopt, and succeed with our platform, while helping define how VTS brings together leasing, data, and tenant experience into a differentiated, market-leading offering.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is deeply data-oriented, and excels at crafting impactful stories that drive revenue.

Here’s what you can expect as a Director, Solutions:

Lead & Develop the Solutions Team

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of solutions professionals across both Lease and Activate
  • Provide leadership and structure to the Solutions function supporting our tenant experience (Activate) product
  • Establish best practices for demos, storytelling, and customer engagement across the full platform
  • Build a scalable function aligned to company growth

Own the GTM Narrative

  • Craft and continuously refine VTS’s product storytelling across Lease Abstraction, Activate, and data-driven decisioning
  • Define and evolve a unified platform narrative that connects leasing, data, and tenant experience
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, value-based outcomes for customers
  • Ensure consistency across demos, decks, and all customer-facing materials

Drive the Lease + Activate Strategy

  • Partner closely with Product to shape how Lease and Activate come together as a cohesive offering
  • Help define use cases that connect leasing workflows with tenant engagement and retention outcomes
  • Bring field insight back to Product to influence roadmap and integration priorities
  • Enable Sales to confidently position both products together in a differentiated, outcome-driven way

Partner Cross-Functionally

  • Work closely with Product to stay ahead of roadmap developments and shape positioning
  • Collaborate with Sales to improve win rates through better storytelling and demo execution
  • Partner with Marketing on messaging, launches, and campaigns across both product lines
  • Engage with executive leadership to align on strategic narratives

Drive Demo Excellence

  • Oversee the development of best-in-class, tailored product demonstrations across Lease and Activate
  • Ensure demos are insight-led, data-driven, and aligned to customer pain points across the full customer lifecycle
  • Introduce rapid iteration loops based on customer and field feedback

Leverage Data to Improve Performance

  • Use data and feedback to continuously refine messaging and approach
  • Analyze win/loss trends and demo effectiveness across both product areas
  • Build frameworks for measuring the impact of Solutions on revenue outcomes

To succeed in this role you / What makes you a great fit?

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, or a related field, with team leadership experience
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical products into compelling business value narratives
  • Strong data orientation—comfortable using insights to shape strategy and storytelling
  • Experience partnering across Product, Sales, and Marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated success in building or scaling demo environments, playbooks, or GTM assets
  • Experience working across multi-product platforms or connecting distinct product lines into a unified story
  • Ability to move quickly, iterate often, and operate effectively in ambiguity
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills
  • Experience in commercial real estate (CRE) or adjacent industries a plus
  • Familiarity with tenant experience platforms, property operations, or workplace technology a plus
  • Experience with data products, analytics platforms, or AI-driven solutions a plus
  • Background in launching or scaling new product lines a plus

Pay Transparency

At VTS, we pride ourselves on articulating a clear and transparent philosophy around equitable, impartial compensation that will allow us to recruit and retain an exceptional team. The base salary is market-driven at the time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between $180,000 and $200,000 and is determined by several factors, including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography. There is a bonus structure for the position that will bring the OTE (on target earnings) to $260,000-$300,000 depending on the base salary agreed upon and achievement to goals.
