Our Demand Generation Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager and Marketo expert to play an active role in supporting our demand generation campaigns to achieve our marketing funnel, sales pipeline goals, and customer communication efforts.

Working collaboratively with members of Marketing, Sales, and Business Operations, you will execute cross-channel marketing automation and reporting to support lead generation, pipeline conversation and pipeline coverage, and customer communication.

The ideal candidate is someone who not only craves data—but knows how to make it actionable; who enjoys identifying roadblocks to efficiencies and replacing them with automation; has a driving curiosity to discover what works, why, and an unrelenting desire to improve results and efficiencies.

This position will report to the Senior Director of Demand Generation + Growth Marketing and will be responsible for ensuring processes and programs are being executed with fidelity, lead goals are being met, and the quality of leads being delivered are in line with company KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Marketo Certified Expert: Martech expert managing Marketo + CRM integrations, including building and optimizing lead nurture programs. Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, RingLead and CMS tools.
  • Email Marketing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of email marketing, including dynamic content, automation, list management, and compliance with GDPR/SPAM laws.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Skilled in managing campaigns across email, webinars, events, direct mail, paid social, and organic social channels.
  • Direct Marketing & Demand Generation: Familiarity with direct marketing principles, demand generation strategies, and best practices.
  • Marketing Analytics: Proven ability to analyze marketing KPIs, deliver data-driven insights, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced Tools Proficiency: Nice to have: Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Tableau or SQL for data analysis.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with a track record of cross-team collaboration.
  • Results-Oriented: Energetic, eager to achieve ambitious growth goals in a dynamic environment.

 

Responsibilities

Marketing Technology Management

  • Administer and optimize the marketing tech stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, Drift, Bombora, and ZoomInfo.
  • Ensure data flows correctly between systems to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Execute ABM and demand generation programs leveraging the marketing technology stack.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve marketing operations issues, including lead flow, scoring, and email deliverability challenges.

Campaign Execution and Optimization

  • Oversee key marketing operations tasks such as lead lifecycle management, scoring, routing, nurturing, segmentation, and data hygiene.
  • Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including planning, segmentation, testing, deployment, and reporting.
  • Develop, monitor, and optimize Marketo programs across all stages of the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Support demand generation with attribution models and funnel optimizations to exceed lead and pipeline goals.
  • Continuously test, analyze, and refine strategies to improve engagement, conversion rates, and program performance through A/B testing and creative optimization.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing efforts across email, paid media, webinars, social media, content syndication, and search.

Data-Driven Insights and Reporting

  • Build scalable processes for campaign execution, ensuring best practices in lead conversion, nurturing, and database management.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting to measure campaign effectiveness, pipeline impact, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales operations and business intelligence teams to align on metrics, lead flow, and goal setting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Enablement

  • Establish strong relationships with sales, sales operations, and customer success teams to ensure smooth pipeline handoffs.
  • Train go-to-market teams on marketing processes, including campaign creation, lead follow-up, and reporting, with clear documentation.

 

Compensation

$110,000 - $135,000 + Bonus

This salary can vary based on location, years of experience, background and skill set.
